Boston Tees Factory recognizes the importance of Privacy. All information that you provide to us will be held in confidence. We do not make available information about visitors to third parties. Boston Tees Factory guarantees the quality of work we deliver to our customers. This guarantee is limited to providing the best possible resolution and images of the file you send us and to deliver the correct quantities that you order from us. Please note that we can not improve the quality of files that you send us. We suggest that you send images with at least 300 dpi (Dots per inch), since we can not guarantee exact color matching. If you wish to make a claim concerning a job you received, please e-mail us in the Contact us section, or feel free to call us directly.

Boston Tees Factory offers on the spot printing for customers that walk into the shop. On the spot printing has to be 5 shirts or less, and they would be available for pick up the same day. 10% will be added to your total order if you would like this same day service. There is a local delivery charge of $10.00 per order. Customers must be in a special delivery time slot, and slots will be scheduled according to availability. Once an order is confirmed, customers must pay the total cost of the job, before anything will be printed.

Boston Tees Factory uses U.P.S. for normal deliveries.
